Melbourne is my (chosen) home, and its’ vibrant life and people are my community. I own and operate Red Sun out of my love of hospitality, people and good times!

The idea to create my own coffee cart came from the will to get out there and share the simple vision of love and coming together. In my day-to-day I work as a freelance graphic designer, but my outgoing, connection loving personality screamed it’s time to get out there again and serve! I built Red Sun as a collapsible cart so I can take it (almost) anywhere, meet new people, see new places and spread the word of being vegan out of happiness and pleasure - not guilt.

I’m excited to brew you some delicious coffee and for you to taste my unique m*lky drinks that will warm you up, intrigue your senses and satisfy your crave! With or without caffeine ;)
